We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join the business, where you will work directly alongside the founder in this small and close knit team. You will be given an existing book of clients. Leveraging your skills and experience, you will provide holistic advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. Responsibilities: Meet with and manage your own clients: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide personalised advice and guidance. Prepare Statements of Advice: Work with an outsourced paraplanning provider to create detailed financial plans tailored to each client's unique situation, outlining recommendations for investments, retirement planning, risk management, and more. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute recommended financial strategies and ensure seamless implementation. Develop and research strategies across all areas of financial advice, including superannuation, insurance, and personal investment. Assist in the development of client presentations: Create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients. Conduct investment and technical research and develop strategies based on client and business needs: Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and financial products to develop informed investment strategies aligned with client goals. Ensure recommendations are processed efficiently: Manage the administrative aspects of client accounts, ensuring that all transactions and recommendations are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Financial Advisor with up-to-date relevant Australian industry qualifications (CFP). Strong relationship management skills.
