Customer Service and Operations Coordinator Role
This position involves acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, including inbound, outbound, inventory, product launches, and urgent requests. The ideal candidate will be able to provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders, deliveries, and any changes or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle questions and complaints promptly and professionally from customers and their partners.
* Analyze process issues and provide efficient solutions to customers.
* Act as the key interface between customers, account managers, and operations teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
* Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal warehouse operations, ensuring prompt and accurate action.
* Process work orders for customers in warehouse management systems (WMS).
Requirements:
* A few years of experience in a similar customer service/administrative role.
* Experience generating reports and managing data accurately.
* Proficiency in Excel, including data reporting and analysis, and the ability to quickly adapt to systems.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order management.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.
