We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Professional to develop and deliver education programs to clinical teams across the Top End of the Northern Territory.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a passion for education and mentoring, who can ensure care is provided by a skilled workforce and work comfortably with minimal supervision.
This role includes regular travel to remote locations within the Northern Territory, often involving 4WD and single-engine aircraft travel. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be an advantage.
To succeed, you will need:
* Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted registration as a health practitioner
* Demonstrated experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach using contemporary education methods
* High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to deliver and evaluate education activities using adult learning principles
