Senior Payroll Outsourcing Manager (ANZ clients)Join to apply for the Senior Payroll Outsourcing Manager (ANZ clients) role at Links InternationalDue to further expansion this year, we looking for a Payroll Manager to deliver AU payroll outsourcing services for clients.Highlights:Lead a small team of payroll specialists to deliver payroll services for external clientsMNC environment, harmony culture, flexible hours, hybrid work from homeWork location: Australia (WA, SA, NSW, QLD)Key Responsibilities:Provide our award-winning service to clients to maintain client relationship on regular basisResponsible for payroll outsourcing service (ANZ payroll for clients) in large headcount (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)Lead a team to provide payroll outsourcing services and responsible for the team\'s Service Level AgreementReview payroll computations, payroll reports, bank submission file, annual returns prepared by payroll team members and ensure accuracyWork with Headquarter on bank files authorizationLiaise with providers and local authorities in relation to pensions, social insurances and taxesMaintain updated and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll SystemParticipate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR/ payroll issues and any other issues relate to employment actManage HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reportsAssist and coach team members on the best way to communicate with clients should there be any issuesImplement SOP on certain payroll processing and update from time to timeShould there be any errors, understand the errors made by the team members and advise the solution diagram to prevent the same issues from happening againResponsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration)Requirements:At least 8 years of hands on experience in end-to-end payroll processing for ANZ payroll clientsMUST BE solid in payroll outsourcing companiesProven track record of leading a payroll team on daily payroll operationsAble to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environmentMust be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbersAction-orientated, detail minded and organisedFluent in spoken English.
