Working directly with the Head of Product and Founder, you will have the autonomy to own your lane end-to-end, moving from raw concept to local and international launch. It's a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne offering $120-140k + Super (WFH 1 day a week).
The Role:
* End-to-End Ownership: Source, develop, and launch high-impact products that make parent life easier.
* Commercial Strategy: Manage market research, pricing, and feasibility to ensure maximum profitability.
* Supply Chain: Work directly with overseas manufacturers to bring prototypes to life.
* Compliance: Act as the final sign-off on all testing, quality control, and certifications.
* Project Mastery: Drive complex timelines via Asana, managing multiple priorities with zero friction.
The Requirements:
* A self-starter who thrives on pace and doesn't wait for direction.
* Experience in product development or category management, specifically taking products from concept to market in the baby industry.
* Experience working with overseas suppliers.
* Ability to balance creative design with hard-headed business logic.
