Business Development Manager – Technical

About the role: As a Business Development Manager, you will manage and expand our portfolio of key accounts, identify and convert new business opportunities, and leverage your network and industry knowledge to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Key responsibilities
* Account & Client Management
o Develop and maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of designated accounts and key contacts.
o Grow existing business within current client accounts by identifying new opportunities and positioning suitable solutions.
o Maintain accurate client and opportunity information in company systems.
* Business Development & Sales Growth
o Identify and prospect potential new clients and convert them into business opportunities.
o Meet and exceed sales targets as determined by the Head of Sales.
o Build and leverage your network, industry groups, events, and conferences to meet potential clients.
o Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and face‐to‐face consultations to generate a robust pipeline.
o Research and establish relationships with new clients.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
* Strong relationship‐building and communication skills.
* Results‐driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
