Family Services Australia is seeking motivated and energetic team members who are passionate about delivering Post Placement Support for our Workforce Australia participants in the Wivenhoe region.

Ideally, you will have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and experience delivering high levels of customer service in a performance orientated fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of our client's employment support needs, you may be required to work outside of normal business hours (on occasion) and will be required to hold a current driver's license.
**Skills and experience / essential criteria** 
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in employment support services or related mental health/community sector. 
- An understanding of the issues/challenges facing participants and employers 
- Knowledge of local community agencies and the ability to identify and coordinate a range of appropriate services for participants. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated exposure to challenging conversations with participants, stakeholders and employers. 
- Ability to demonstrate self-reflection, resilience, and accountability within a dynamic case management role. 
- Excellent prioritisation and time management ability with a strong resilience capacity, and calmness when working in a dynamic target driven environment.
