Silk Hospitality are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Quality & Training Manager to join our Team at a luxury 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast. As Quality & Training Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting and coordinating all training and quality of the Housekeeping Department to support the achievement of maximum efficiency. You'll champion a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, regular performance reviews, and consistent quality audits.
Key position Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards.
* Lead orientation, training, and performance assessments for new and existing team members.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
* Prepare action plans based on hotel audit results and follow up on recurring issues.
* Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
* Assist the Executive Housekeeper in evaluating employee performance.
* Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and identify hazards.
* Prepare weekly reports on training outcomes and quality performance metrics.

* Proven experience in a similar training, quality, or supervisory role within Housekeeping Department.
* A hands-on, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
