We're hiring for two roles:
1) Senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef (Lunches + Nights)
Higher salary | Leadership opportunity
This role is for a chef who:
* Can run a section like they own it
* Keeps standards high when it's pumping
* Leads by example (work ethic, cleanliness, attitude)
* Communicates well and lifts the team around them
* Give a crap about consistency and quality
2) Breakfast Chef (Cook / CDP level) (Mornings + Lunch)
This role suits someone who:
* Loves early starts and busy breakfast service
* Is sharp on prep, timing, and consistency
* Keeps their section clean and organised
* Can work fast without cutting corners
