Inside Sales Professional
Our company offers a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity for an Inside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with customers and distributors, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including CRM, social media, referrals, and other sources.
* Conduct high-volume outreach to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* Present products effectively and handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to support satisfaction and retention.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report key sales metrics and pipeline updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
* Five years' proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of commercial tasks, including price quotations and negotiations.
* Familiarity with distributor relationship management and channel sales strategies.
* Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics for sales.
* Knowledge of sustainability principles and the ability to position eco-friendly solutions effectively.
* Emotional intelligence and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
* Proficiency in data literacy, creativity, and innovative thinking.
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
