Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that address real customer problems and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery while ensuring long-term impact and alignment with business goals.
* Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers and align with business objectives.
* Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
* Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency across the platform.
* Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritize the most impactful work.
* Champion a customer-first mindset—deeply understanding user pain points and advocating for meaningful solutions.
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders across all levels.
* Analyze performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and iteration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales).
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
* Experience in UX or design collaboration.
* Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.
