Job Description
As an Operations Executive, you will be part of milestones in customers' lives, representing the Tiffany brand and providing excellence in customer service.
You will effectively oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services roles.
The role requires strong leadership skills to manage, coach, develop, and train staff.
* Inventory Management: Ensure stock control, cycle count accuracy, shrinkage, and appropriate assortment and model stock levels.
* Customer Service: Supervise and coordinate customer service relating to repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
* Logistics and Supply Chain: Oversee receiving and shipping functions, liaising with transportation, freight forwarders, customs, and clearing agents for local compliance.
* Team Management: Partner with store management to ensure back-of-house processes support required service standards.
