About the Role
Hudson Marketing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Geraldton processing facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have full site accountability, leading Production, Laboratory and Maintenance Divisions in a safety-focused environment, while continuously improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Your responsibilities
* Full operational management of the processing plant (production, maintenance, logistics)
* Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards
* Leading, developing, and motivating plant management and operational teams
* Planning and controlling production targets and operating costs
* Monitoring KPIs related to efficiency, downtime, quality, and safety
* Coordinating maintenance schedules to maximize plant availability
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization)
* Managing audits, inspections, and contractors
* Reporting plant performance to Senior Management on a regular basis
What you bring
* 3+ years plant or processing management experience
* Strong safety and people leadership
* Hands-on operational mindset
* Demonstrate leadership experience and people management skills
* Good computer literacy is essential
* Ability to train and motivate staff existing and new staff
* Strong knowledge of industrial processes, production planning, and maintenance coordination
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards
* Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges effectively
* C Class Driver's License
* Trade Certificate Preferable
* Certified Site Senior Executive Certification.
* Completed Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
* Current loader and forklift tickets
* Right to work in Australia
* Health Check will be required to ensure fit for work
