Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Technical Architect to design, guide, and govern end‐to‐end technical solutions across modern web and backend platforms. The role requires strong hands‐on expertise combined with architectural leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high‐quality solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the architecture and technical design of solutions across frontend and backend layers
* Define and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
* Design scalable, secure, and high‐performance systems using modern frameworks
* Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
* Review code and solution designs to ensure quality and architectural alignment
* Support integration, deployment, and operational considerations across environments
* Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Engineer in complex systems
* Frontend expertise using React and TypeScript
* Backend development and API design using NestJS
* Solid experience with Java (enterprise backend systems, integrations, or microservices)
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and event‐driven architectures
* Experience with cloud‐native architectures and modern DevOps practices
* Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerations
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‐technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‐as‐code
* Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
* Knowledge of data protection, masking, or privacy‐focused architectures
Soft Skills
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to lead by influence and mentor engineers
