The company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management and employee relations.
* P&C Systems: Develop and implement effective P&C systems, policies and frameworks that drive business results.
* Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to design and execute workforce planning strategies, succession planning and organisational design initiatives.
* Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
* ER/IR Matters: Lead employee relations and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with industry awards and Fair Work legislation.
* Culture Building: Drive culture-building initiatives and engagement surveys to enhance the work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
* Learning & Development: Oversee learning, development and training frameworks to upskill and reskill employees.
* Talent Management: Support recruitment processes and build internal capability around talent management.
* HR Reporting: Lead HR reporting, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
