Job Title: HR Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant plays a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Fulfilment Centre associates.
This hands-on position is responsible for executing people initiatives, delivering great internal customer service, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement across a broad range of human resources, benefits, and payroll topics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support to employees on various human resources, benefits, and payroll matters.
* Manage complex cases, projects, and partnerships with varying degrees of complexity.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
* Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for customers, escalating issues as necessary.
* Deliver training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.
* Create and distribute standard communications.
* Audit and analyze key findings.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to maximize resource value.
* Maintain strict confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* 6+ months of Human Resource experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
