Payroll Officer - Government Agency | Leederville | ASAP Start
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Officer who can manage sensitive information with professionalism. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services while supporting employees and managers across the organisation. This position reports to the Lead - Payroll Services and is based onsite at the Leederville office.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing (allowances, deductions, super, tax, new starters, terminations).
Maintain accurate personnel records and compliance documentation.
Generate HR/payroll reports and resolve payroll queries.
Interpret awards, conditions, and entitlements.
Support employees and managers with HR Self-Service.
What You'll Bring
Payroll experience in a medium-large organisation.
Strong knowledge of awards and employment conditions.
ERP experience (SAP/SuccessFactors desirable).
Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills.
Strong communication and customer service focus.
