Lead Strategic Legal Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and visionary legal professional to lead our in-house legal team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic legal frameworks that align with our organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic legal frameworks that align with organisational priorities
* Provide expert advice to senior executives and stakeholders on complex legal issues
* Lead and manage a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
* A degree in law from an Australian tertiary institution or equivalent overseas qualification
* A current Australian jurisdiction practising certificate
* Extensive relevant legal experience in a leadership role in a large complex organisation
* Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop a diverse range of legal and non-legal staff
* Proven high-level knowledge and understanding of legal practice within a public health sector context
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Demonstrated ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders throughout all organisational levels
