Program Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead our residential recovery service and Community Care program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance and Governance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant funding guidelines, legislative requirements, and organisational policies and procedures.
* Program Delivery: Lead program operations to deliver high-quality services and achieve positive client outcomes.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions.
* Team Leadership: Foster a positive and supportive team culture through strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in program management or a related role.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
