About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Strata Manager to join our Tweed Heads team. You'll manage varied strata schemes while building strong relationships with owners, committees, and industry partners. The role combines practical problem-solving with solid strata knowledge, covering governance, compliance, and community development.
Your duties include:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of strata and community properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
* Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
* Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
* Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

What you will need to be successful:
* Certificate of Registration and Strata License
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management
* Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and strata management software
* Permanent residency in Australia.
