Position Summary
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including craft cocktails classic drinks wine and beer.
Demonstrate expertise in mixology including creating innovative cocktails balancing flavors and using fresh ingredients.
Engage with guests in a friendly professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar at all times.
Adhere to all health safety and alcohol regulations.
Assist with menu development seasonal cocktail lists and special events.
About You
Bartender / Bar Attendant experience
The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines
Strong communication skills & attention to detail
Able to make good decisions
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
