Key Responsibilities
* Oversee e-scooter maintenance and repair
* Develop and implement an effective Warehouse Management strategy
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt delivery and efficient stock management
* Provide comprehensive training and support to new warehouse technicians
* Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Monitor and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
* Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
The successful candidate will have a valid Open Class Driver Licence, prior mechanical experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in warehouse operations and stock planning is highly desirable.
