Electrical Engineer Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead our Darwin design projects, focusing on innovative solutions for clients in the public and private sectors.
This position involves providing electrical design leadership on various projects across different sectors, managing engineering design projects, and maintaining clear communication with clients, colleagues, and authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Electrical Design Leadership: Provide technical direction and oversight on multiple projects
* Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects, supporting larger projects as needed
* Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
* Quality Delivery: Deliver high-quality results, adhering to best practices and industry standards
* Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the business unit
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree
* 7-10+ years' experience in Australian building services projects, preferably in consulting
* Strong project management and client relationship skills
* Knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC)
