Eco Sakura Energy Pty Ltd is a growing renewable energy and solar product distribution company headquartered in Western Australia. The company supplies solar energy equipment and solutions to installers, distributors and commercial partners across multiple Australian states.
Due to continued business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company's national sales strategy and support the continued growth of our distribution network.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the company's market presence in the renewable energy sector
* Plan, direct and coordinate sales activities across multiple Australian regions including WA, NSW, QLD and VIC
* Lead and manage Business Development Managers and sales representatives to achieve revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with distributors, installers and commercial partners
* Analyse market trends, customer demand and competitor activity to guide business strategies
* Establish pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and sales objectives
* Monitor sales performance and prepare reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations for senior management
* Work closely with procurement, logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth product supply and customer satisfaction
* Oversee marketing initiatives including brand development, product promotion and market expansion activities
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing management
* Experience managing B2B sales teams or distribution networks
* Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives
