Senior Speech Pathologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team at the Royal Hobart Hospital in Tasmania.
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a dedicated department of approximately 25 Speech Pathologists working across a range of specialist areas, providing specialised services to patients referred for assessment and management of voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders.
You will work closely with our ENT Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist to contribute to service development, leadership portfolios, and mentoring junior staff and students from the University of Tasmania's Master of Speech Pathology program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to service development and hold a leadership portfolio.
* Active involvement in mentoring junior staff and students.
* Support the growth and development of colleagues through clinical supervision and peer support.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification/program of study accredited by Speech Pathology Australia.
* Eligible for membership with the Speech Pathology Australia.
