**DOOLEYS - Lidcombe Catholic Club **has been operating since 1946 and is situated over three sites, with the* main Club at Lidcombe, DOOLEYS Waterview Club and DOOLEYS Regents Park Sports Club*, with the Club employing a customer friendly and service focused staff of over 250.
**The role**
The purpose of this role is to focus on delivering business analytics, insights, and modelling to drive revenue growth. You would work with complex gaming and customer data sets and understand connections between data points to deliver high quality insights to the business.
You will develop a deep understanding of the business and work with leaders across DOOLEYS to understand key strategic issues, identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Group Gaming Manager.
- The role supports the business with in-depth analysis, insights generation and date reporting.
- Work within the eBet gaming system, Astute BI, SAP Marketing Cloud to extract business insights and inform business planning and decisions.
- Prepare and provide critical insights into ongoing gaming and customer performance.
- Have commercial acumen and an understanding of how to translate business requirements into technical reporting structures.
- Evaluating internal systems for efficiency, security, and inaccuracies.
- Building predictive models to increase and optimize customer experiences and other business outcomes.
- Identifying key market trends to assist with the continual improvement of DOOLEYS venues.
- Training and upskilling Gaming Analysts in the areas of reporting, and product analysis.
- Implementing KPI's measuring Gaming service delivery, monitoring, and providing feedback on individual and team performance.
- Analysing customer data to give regular insights into the business performance and consequently formulate plans to maximise on shortfalls and opportunities.
- Improving service models and standards and providing recommendations.
- Implementing and monitoring cost control efficiencies e.g, rostering, consumables etc.
- Complying with all relevant legislation to Clubs including RSA, RCG and organisational procedures.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, QlikTech etc.
- Experience with writing advanced and complex queries.
- Experience in SAP reporting development using several different Business Intelligence tools.
- Confident in statistical and mathematical methods.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- the ability trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- A self-starter and team player.
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
