Job Overview
A skilled field service professional is required to troubleshoot, repair and maintain heavy machinery equipment for OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks including inspections and repairs on customer equipment.
* Diagnose and report on preventative maintenance needs for customer assets.
* Deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and timely support.
* Document all work completed and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Schedule jobs and manage inventory of spare parts as necessary.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent mechanical trade qualification with heavy industry experience.
* Australian recognised Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
* Familiarity with heavy machinery systems and equipment.
* Exposure to computerised diagnostic systems highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Current drivers license.
