Bus Driver Opportunities – Fast Track Your Career
Locations: Smithfield, Bankstown, South Granville and Hoxton Park. We are currently hiring motivated candidates across these locations to become fully qualified bus drivers through our accelerated training program. Be job-ready in as little as 4 weeks, with full support from our Recruitment and Training teams.

Driver Fast Track Program
This is a structured, end-to-end pathway designed to take you from applicant to operational driver quickly and efficiently. You will be supported at every step, with clear timelines, hands‐on training, and a team committed to your success.

6. Operating buses across charter services, school runs, and regular routes
7. Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times
8. Delivering professional and friendly customer service
9. Supporting essential services that keep communities connected

About You
22. Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
23. Hold a current car (C Class), MR, or HR driver's licence
24. Unrestricted Australian driver's licence held for at least 12 months within the last 24 months
25. Flexible and available to work a range of shifts
26. Strong driving record
27. Confident communicator with the ability to follow procedures and interact with customers
28. Willing to complete pre-employment checks and medical assessment
