Job Description:
As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives by providing personalized care and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks, implementing individual care plans, and promoting independence and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
* Implement individual care plans and monitor progress
* Encourage resident choice and promote independence
* Provide feedback to supervisors on resident progress and new requests
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Certificate III in Aged Care Work or equivalent qualification
* Basic technology/computer skills and willingness to take part in ongoing education
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
* Physical ability to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner
