About the position:
As our Finance team grows, we're seeking a detail-driven Payroll Manager to manage the fornightly payroll process for our Australian and international entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a values-led, fast-growing company. We are looking for someone on a part-time basis doing 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage payroll processing for our national and international teams
* Ensure that Annual and Long Service Leave balances are correct
* Daily reconciliation of global sales between XERO, Adyen and our in-house built system.
* Daily processing of bills through the bank
* Ensure that payments are correctly coded through XERO
* Maintaining the general ledger and financial records
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
What are we seeking?
* Proven experience in Payroll or bookkeeper roles
* Experience and strong knowledge in processing payroll within Australia and internationally
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Integrity, discretion, and a growth mindset
