Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

* Salary range: $72,447 to $76,736 p.a. (HWF2)
* Annual Leave: 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Cultural professional development allowance
* Cultural leave: 10 days paid per year
* Plus Salary Sacrificing options to increase take-home pay may be available

About your opportunity

As a member of the Cultural Assessment & Liaison Team (CALT), Adult Program Area you will participate in and contribute to the delivery of a culturally sensitive and appropriate mental health care service to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients who access Acute Care Services.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

* This position requires the possession of a Certificate III in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.
* Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to work with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
* Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
* All employees of the Mental Health Service Group (MHSG) may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
