Job Title:

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of business services operators, managing key corporate clients, and overseeing freight bookings and consignments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team to meet performance targets and service standards
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Oversee and coordinate freight bookings, consignment preparation, and carrier selection
* Provide guidance on preparing quotations, managing service timelines, and resolving service issues
* Monitor workload distribution and assist with prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and SLAs
* Identify process improvement opportunities and work with management to implement them
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or similar environment
* Strong knowledge of freight management systems, pricing structures, transport regulations, and compliance
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
* Experience with sales or logistics management software (preferred)
