The Opportunity
The Senior Lecturer is responsible for driving educational excellence and innovation within the Entrepreneurship Portfolio. This Education-Focused role is designed to lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning experiences across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Drawing on academic expertise and industry engagement, the position supports the University's commitment to preparing students for success in dynamic entrepreneurial environments through forward-thinking curriculum design and strategic teaching leadership.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate units that integrate cutting-edge entrepreneurial theory with practical industry insights.
* Coordinate academic programmes, develop innovative curricula, and implement assessment frameworks that foster creativity and critical thinking.
* Maintain active industry partnerships to enrich student learning.
* Mentor students and staff, manage academic policies and standards, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support the sustainable growth and reputation of the Entrepreneurship Portfolio.
* Provide teaching leadership that challenges and inspires staff and students alike.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate excellence in teaching with a proven ability to integrate contemporary entrepreneurial theory and industry practice into engaging, research-informed learning experiences.
* Possess advanced leadership and coordination skills in managing educational programmes.
* Have a deep understanding of current trends and challenges within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
* Show strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Commit to inclusive and innovative education.
