About the Role
You'll be part of our complex support team, ensuring participants are cared for and kicking goals No two days are the same, but will include:
* Personal care
* Medication and health related supports
* Daily routines and community access
* Positive behaviour support strategies
* Trauma informed support
* Manual handling
* Shifts available 7 days a week, including opportunities for sleepovers and weekends.
Who We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you are:
* Seeking permanent employment, or casual employment (with great availability)
* Available at least 4 full days per week, some weekends and overnights.
* Friendly, grounded, and values-driven.
* Confident with (or willing to learn) complex support
* A team player who brings reliability and good communication.

* NSW Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* HLTAID011 First Aid & CPR
* Driver's licence and your own vehicle
* Willingness to complete our induction program including online and f2f training
