Organizational Development Manager
This role leads the design and delivery of learning and development programs, overseeing leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders. You will drive talent management, succession planning, and career pathways, manage graduate, trainee, and internship programs, lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives, deliver engagement surveys and culture programs, collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability across the organization, and monitor budgets, metrics, and outcomes across all programs.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Development
* Strong knowledge of contemporary people practices
* Experience in leadership, learning, engagement, and diversity programs
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to coach, influence, and drive change across all levels
* Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
