Partnership Manager
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships to build successful partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our customers.
This role involves championing the business as an employment service partner of choice, leveraging your sales and relationship skills to source new employment opportunities, empowering and connecting customers to sustainable employment, and working within your community to make a difference and support people through change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
* SOURCE new employment opportunities through strategic networking and partnerships
* Empower and connect customers to sustainable employment through personalized support and guidance
* Work within your community to make a positive impact and support individuals through challenging times
Requirements:
* Experience in sales and a passion for business development
* Achieving and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a creative approach to problem-solving
