Job Title: Administration Assistant
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Allied Health administrative team on the North West Coast.
The Team:
The Allied Health Administration Team is a small collaborative team that works closely with the broader Allied Health Team including Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Orthotics and Prosthetics, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Podiatry, Social Work, and Speech Pathology.
The Role:
* Provide an efficient high-level reception and administrative support service to Allied Health services across the THS–North West.
* Undertake administrative and organisational duties associated with the daily activities of the office, ensuring an efficient flow of information and effective communication with a wide range of staff and clients.
