AllPour Pty Ltd, the group behind 78 Degrees, Hills Cider, Mismatch Brewing and Jetty Road Brewery, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our portfolio of market-leading beverage brands. Role Description
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance (including BAS, Excise and WET), and supporting effective cash flow management. The role partners closely with Supply, Sales, Marketing, Production, and AllPour's external accounting firm to uphold strong financial controls and enable informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to accounts inbox queries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records in Xero and invoicing systems Unleashed and Vinsight.
Reconcile accounts receivable with the Supply team and ensure accounts payable is accurate and up to date in collaboration with production leads and the external accounting firm.
Prepare accounts payable payment runs for approval and support payroll processing and banking.
Reconcile bank accounts and payment platforms (e.g. Airwallex).
Assist in preparation of BAS submissions, including Excise and WET calculations, for external review and lodgement.
Reconcile Accounts Receival and Accounts Payable.
Support invoicing, pricing claims management, and customer account queries.
Assist with preparation of management reports.
Assist with cash-flow management tasks as required.
Liaise with external accountants to support accurate reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping
Proficiency in using accounting software and general finance-related tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
Previous experience in finance or accounting roles
Familiarity with accounting principles
Experience with Unleashed and Vinsight accounting software is highly regarded
