**Your new role**
This position is responsible for all partnership and event sales activities for a group of well-known hospitality spaces. This may include but not be limited to:
- Work with a network of businesses to form mutually beneficial relationships
- Cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with business partners
- Generation and execution of sales leads
- Creation of client proposals
- Devise and distribute feedback surveys and provide analysis of responses to improve client service for the future
- Maintain and update the CRM for effective communications
- Networking with key partners including potential clients and industry bodies
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be confident to build, develop and maintain relationships with other companies to form partnerships which will lead to both maintenance and growth across all departments including but not limited to, accommodation, food and beverage, retail and meeting / event bookings. Your previous experience in events, marketing or sales will assist in your success in this role. Bringing strong communications, negotiation and influencing skills as well as strong organisational, planning and analysis abilities to ensure sales and partnership activities are well executed.
