What You'll Be Doing Presenting and selling a full suite of finance and insurance products to customers at the point of sale Structuring finance deals across a range of lenders to deliver competitive outcomes for customers and the business Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and a seamless customer journey from sale to delivery Maintaining compliance with all legislative and lender requirements Building and maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers Consistently achieving — and exceeding — monthly F&I targets What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Business Manager or F&I Manager within a franchised or multi-brand dealership A track record of strong penetration rates and product per vehicle sold Sound knowledge of consumer finance legislation and compliance obligations The ability to work at a pace without cutting corners Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset A current Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain What's In It For You OTE of $140,000 - $160,000, with a structure that genuinely rewards performance A professional dealership environment with strong stock levels and consistent traffic Supportive leadership and a team that has your back Long-term career opportunity with a respected Brisbane motor group About Automotive Talent Automotive Talent is a Gold Coast-based recruitment business that works exclusively within the automotive industry.
