A bit about your role
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager of Location Data & Operations, the Service Delivery Specialist is accountable for the supporting the successful delivery of operational key performance indicators across all location & addressing services to meet new and changing business requirements whilst ensuring process solutions are optimal.
A key function of the role will be to govern vendor Work Instructions, QRG's or processes, providing support across all technologies in the nbn rollout. As a specialist within the Address Management team, you will need to have a high level of expertise across most all Location & Addressing processes.
The Service Delivery Specialist will have a focus on process improvement and be driven to simplify processes for operational efficiency. Operating as part of a group of specialists you will need to be able to facilitate learning across your peers and develop easy to follow work instructions to be executed by the offshore partner team. You will be willing to sharing your expertise and will ensure the team are technically equipped to tackle any difficulties they encounter whilst performing their role.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role will bring an in-depth understanding of address data, demonstrated experience in managing new operational service streams end to end, and have successfully identified and implemented multiple process improvements and wide-scale data improvements. Ideally you will enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships, working with key stakeholders to deliver effective governance & interlocks between key stakeholder groups and service suppliers.
Your strong attention to detail skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset will enable you to identify process risks and irregularities, troubleshooting to find solutions. Experience in continuous improvement methodologies will be advantageous to this role.
Lastly, the Service Delivery Specialist will absorb information quickly, have strong time management skills and able converse with key stakeholders in varying levels of detail.
