We seek a full time qualified chef to assist the Head Chef in developing and preparing our ready to eat range for both retail and wholesale, producing in-house marinades for meat/seafood products and collaborating with butchers to create other healthy & delicious in-store options.
Skills and Attributes:
* High level of competence and knowledge in food preparation
* Minimum 3-5 years of commercial kitchen experience required
* Physical stamina to work in kitchen environment and cold production environment
* Up to date knowledge and commitment to food safety standards and work health & safety
* Strong communication, task management, and customer service skills
* Commitment to teamwork with positivity, reliability and strong work ethic
