Key Responsibilities:
* Providing safety leadership and ensuring compliance with our Health, Safety, and Environment Management System
* Developing and implementing project-specific training plans, including learning and development programs
* Scheduling and booking internal and external training activities and events
* Assisting department managers with training needs analysis and coordinating training programs
