Role Overview
This part-time role involves supporting the Coordinator to deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging program for children. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with the Coordinator to lead a high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program that aligns with Catholic values.
* Ensuring compliance with all legislative, safeguarding, and National Quality Framework (NQF) requirements.
* Building strong relationships with children, families, the school community, and external partners.
* Assisting with daily operations, risk management, and team development.
Key qualifications and experience required include:
* A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
* Current certifications in Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
* Mandatory Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
* Experience working in OSHC, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and My Time Our Place framework.
* A collaborative and supportive approach, with a passion for creating engaging, child-centred experiences.
