**Job Overview**
This position is mainly associated with inventory, fulfillment and import coordination affairs. As Logistics and Inventory Associate, you will work to fully manage inventory, order processing, fulfilment of products, demand planning, logistics, inventory tracking across sale, ordering and fulfilment system, controlling oversea import affairs and multi-warehouse communications. Additionally, relevant customer support services and communications will be necessary.
**Responsibilities**
**Orders Labeling & Shipments Affairs**:
- Process orders and label parcels in a timely manner every day to be prepared for shipment pick up
- Upload shipment tracking information manually and/or automatically in a timely manner to ensure customers receive their shipment tracking information
- Coordinate with Australia Post, and other carriers or drop trailers as needed
- Figure out and resolve any issues delaying order fulfillment and coordinate with Customer Support and other teams as needed
- Verify all orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner
**Warehouse Affairs**:
- Arranging and sorting warehouse goods/items
- Manage returns and replacements, collect return parcels from PO Box, check functionality status of the unit, contact relevant customer, and sort as a renew items, or dispose it of if not functioning.
- Maintaining dropship inventory inbound and outbound activity log
- Monitor and enter the inbound/outbound shipments movement
- Make sure inventory level is healthy and correct
- Ensuring inventory and stock accuracy from supplier to end consumer
- Manage FBA/other platforms inventory, planning and preparing pallets
- Load and unload container and/truck, if needed
**Import Affairs**:
- Manage affairs related to inbound containers from overseas to Australia warehouses, and follow up with the custom broker and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain and update inbound receiving log
- Prepare bills, packing list, commercial invoices for import and export shipment, if needed
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
**Salary**: $21.22 - $28.70 per hour
