Join this well established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors located in Melbourne in a Part-time Office based role.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Scanning Project - converting paper files to electronic files
- Assisting three Personal Assistants with day to day tasks and at times project tasks
- Data-entry re: Client Disbursements
- Day to day Scanning of Documents
- Filing
- Profiling documents
- Document collation, copying & binding
- Typing of correspondence
- Telephony
- Relief Reception duties including: Making Appointments; Greeting Clients & Visitors; Making beverages for Clients/Visitors/Directors
- Tidying up Reception, Meeting Rooms & Kitchen
- Other ad hoc administration duties
