We are looking for a new Site Manager to oversee our Highrise Projects. We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in Highrise Apartments. This is a Contract role with long-term work in the pipeline that can progress into a fulltime position.

Site Manager – High Rise Apartment Construction
Locations: Gold Coast and Northern NSW
Projects typically 14 - 40 stories plus Basement Car Park

Responsibilities
Site Manager to join our Project/Development division. We have developments under construction in Gold Coast and Northern NSW and are seeking a capable Site Manager that can deliver these projects. The business is a well-regarded Builder/Developer with an excellent reputation for high-quality developments and as an excellent employer.
- As the Site Manager on the project, reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the construction project. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Management of the full life cycle of the construction project from early works, the structure through to finishes.
- Reading construction plans and drawings
- Management of all company site staff – including Leading Hands and Site labour.
- Management of tower crane and logistical issues
- Solid understanding and implementation of OH&S; management and Site Safety
- Direction and management of multiple sub-contractors
- Can assist with the construction programme ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget – weekly and monthly programme meetings
Qualifications
- Trade background or similar and progress to a Site Manager.
- A QLD and/or NSW Builders License is preferred
- A strong understanding of structure as well as a high-end quality finish.
- Will have lots of experience in delivering apartment projects in Australia
- Will be available to start a new position
- Will be a good communicator and have a positive attitude to building multi-story apartment projects.
- Will have basic computer literacy skills
