Are you an experienced commercial property professional ready to take the next step with a leading Adelaide Agency? Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team, managing a premium portfolio at around 80% capacity with room to grow. You'll be working within a collaborative team that values strong communication and service excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing a premium portfolio of commercial properties end-to-end
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and lease obligations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Oversee lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination

QUALIFICATIONS
* A minimum of 3 years' hands‐on experience in commercial property management
* Proficiency with Cirrus8 or similar property management software
* Outstanding communication skills written
* A sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in every client interaction
* Experience managing premium or complex commercial portfolios will be highly regarded
* Current Real Estate Licence or Property Registration (SA) is essential
