Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle diverse employee relations matters, contribute to enterprise agreement negotiations, and develop your HR skills in a blue and white collar workforce. In this role you will:
* Support the HR Manager in handling ER matters across the Australian business. This includes workplace investigations, mediating disputes performance management and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
* Developing and presenting training programs to address skill gaps and facilitate toolbox topic discussions.
* Get exposure to Industrial Relations and enterprise agreement negotiations, enhancing your skillset in this crucial area.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies that align with company goals and values.
About You
A qualification in Human Resources or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* At least 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated ER experience.
* Experience handling performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters.
* Prior exposure to a unionised workforce.
* Knowledge of WHS in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
* Experience in formulating HR policies
* Payroll experience will be an advantage.
* Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to effectively manage spreadsheet-based work and presentations.
