It’s our people that make us great, and we’re proud of our culture that prioritises teamwork, flexibility, and personal growth.About the Role:We are seeking a permanent full-time Administration Assistant in our Rockhampton office.This role is vital for the efficient operation of the residential valuation team and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and working in a supportive environment.Your main responsibilities include managing schedules and appointments for property valuers within your area, as well as registering and booking commercial valuation appointments.Key tasks include:Setting up jobs, including customer contact, data entry, document verification, and searches.Attending to valuers’ daily workflows.Booking and organizing property valuations with clients.Data entry and scheduling appointments for valuers.Liaising with clients to answer inquiries and resolve issues.Qualifications and Skills:Experience in the property industry is highly desirable but not essential.Qualifications in administration or business are advantageous but not mandatory.Proficiency with Google Suite is beneficial.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.A team player willing to assist others.Adaptable and eager to learn new processes.Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude.Proficient computer and typing skills.What We Offer:Full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in Rockhampton – close to home.Established systems and processes.An annual salary of $50,000-$60,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.Application Process:If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
